Am flying out to NYC tonight/tomorrow at one in the morning. Still have lotsa packing to do and whatnot. I loathe packing...almost as much as unpacking.
I will be doing New Year's in Time's Square...so keep an eye out for me when you watch the ball drop. You can pick me out from the crowd because I am a condensed pocket of sheer schmexiness.
Anyhow, am looking forward to seeing the city again. My favorite place in the entire world...and I've been to a lot of places. Also will be seeing something on broadway every single night. I have missed theatre this past year.

Well, went and got an industrial today. It went *crunchcrunch* going through. XP
I'd been itching to get my next body mod..they are SO addicting! My lobes are coming along nicely, but I need to get my hands on some cheap 12g jewelery, because 14-10 is too much of a dead stretch. The 8g plugs should get here monday...can't wait until I can put 'em in!
On my way back I was noticing that there were a lot of cops, both driving around and also sitting, as if setting up a perimeter. Then I stopped at the 7-11 for gas, and there werre six patrol cars there. As I was leaving, they were taking a K9 unit into the store.

I got 311 pages into a really interesting webcomic. It's beautifully drawn, very odd and artistec, and from the blurb has a cool storyline. Problem is, I don't get it at all. Form one page to the next I'm not following any kind fo sensical anything and certainly not the storyline the blurb promises is there. It's gorgeous, but WTF??
It's called Paper Eleven. I think you'd like it, Louis. Good luck deciphering.

Today marks the first time I will be using an icon other than my standard, all-purpose picture of Dream. 'Grats to Tinted for finally showing me how to save them with nice, small file sizes~
Also my first entirely-public post in, like, ever. 'Cept not really ever but a long time. Yup. |
